A Hands-On Opportunity to Learn How to Run a Professional Theater

Working alongside seasoned theater professionals, Capri Apprentices gain knowledge and skills in all aspects of theater operations—from front-of-house areas like customer service, concessions, cash handling, marketing, and ticketing, to the technical side of the business, such as sound, lighting, and scene design.

This program provides valuable, real-world experience for young people ages 15 and up. These are paid positions.

2026 Summer Camp Capri Production Apprenticeship

If you are between the ages of 18 and 28, you are invited to apply for our theater production apprenticeship. This program offers a hands-on way to explore how behind-the-scenes work brings a show to life. You will get to learn about important areas like stage crew, lighting, sound, and how to design and build sets. The program runs from July 6 through August 7, 2026 with shifts scheduled between 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. We offer semi-flexible hours, meaning we can work with you to find a daily schedule that fits within those times. These are paid positions.
