Our team is steeped in “best service” culture, with over 160 years combined experience in the performing arts, education, communication and marketing.

Maija García, Director of the Capri, is an accomplished artistic leader, director, producer, curator, educator, and advocate for equity in the arts, Maija brings decades of experience across the performing arts industry—from Broadway and international festivals to film, television, and regional theater.

Jordan Flaherty is the Audience Services Manager at the Capri. With an education in theater and film, he brings creativity, warmth, and a sense of fun to every event, making each experience memorable and engaging. jflaherty@pcyc-mpls.org

PaviElle French, Capri Booking & Office Manager is an Emmy Award-winning vocalist (2014), musician, and educator, hailing from Rondo, a historically Black neighborhood in St. Paul, Minnesota. Known for her interdisciplinary artistry, she’s a MacDowell Fellow (2024-25), Jerome Hill Artist Fellow (2021-23), McKnight Artist Fellow (2020-21), and received a Sage Award for Dance and Choreography (2016).

Gregory Graham, Capri Production and Tech Coordinator, earned his audio chops with local and international bands back in the day. When he came off the road he earned his degree in youth development from MCTC, and came to work at the Capri, where he’s worn many hats for 33 years.

Kevin West, Capri Operations Manager, is an actor on stage and screen, a director, and an educator who also spent nine years as an event manager with the Historic Theater Group. All told, he’s got 30 years in the biz.

Dennis Spears, Capri Artistic Associate and Director of Legends @ the Capri, is a celebrated actor, director, and vocalist—known for his work with Moore By Four and many others. With over 40 years in the industry, his storied career includes being a Minnesota Music Hall of Fame inductee and an Ivey Award recipient.
