Capri Theater

We invite you to bring your play, concert, fundraiser, presentation, commercial shoot — whatever you can imagine — to the Capri Theater stage.
Featuring new auditorium seats, spacious lobby and backstage, dressing rooms, a costume and scene shop, and a real popcorn machine, among many other fabulous amenities.
Paradise Community Hall
Size: 52’w x 39’d, with suspension grid.
Seating Capacity: 125
Rate: $250 per hour
The Paradise Community Hall is a great space for staging smaller events and productions. Think: community meetings, concerts, fashion shows, plays, weddings, birthday parties, repasts, fundraisers, art shows, dances, recitals, anniversary parties, etc.
The space can be configured in many ways, from a standard lecture hall format, to a fashion show runway, to a theater-in-the-round. It can be lit with natural light or a theatrical lighting system. You can serve food and beverages, screen videos, amplify music and messages, and host an event on Minneapolis’ North Side.
Broadway Rehearsal Room
Size: 24’w x 36’d
Rate: $50 per hour
The Broadway Rehearsal Room is sized exactly to the dimensions of the Capri stage and has a fully sprung dance floor. It’s equipped with rehearsal furniture and tables and chairs for directors and stage managers. The great vibe and natural light in this room will inspire great work.
Long Conference Room
Room Inventory: Conference table, 8 chairs, white board, AV monitor
Rate: $50 per hour
The Anne & Jim Long Conference Room, located on the second level of the Capri, is a lovely, accommodating place to meet, with break space just outside the room. A room-size window brings natural warmth and light into the room.
The inviting Capri environment makes this the perfect place to gather and get good work done.
The Plaza at the Capri
The Plaza at the Capri wraps around the south and west sides of the Capri.
Rate: $100 per hour
The Plaza at the Capri is a great place to stage your outdoor event. You’ll find tables, benches, amphitheater-style seating and plenty of space for your guests to mingle and enjoy the outdoors – and all the fun you’ve created for your event!
