The Twin Cities Black Film Festival is a rapidly growing, premier film festival featuring films written, directed, produced, and starring African-American talent from the Twin Cities and across the country. Our goal is to show diverse talent across the spectrum in films. Our film selection process is rigorous as we receive hundreds of films from the across the globe. The film selection committee strives to bring the ‘best of cinema’ to be promoted and screened for thousands of people during the four-day festival taking place, October 19-22, 2023. (NOTE: Festival screenings at the Capri are on 10/20, 21, 22 only.)
