PCYC Lodestar Award Recipients 2025 Tim Baylor and Jean Schwartz
Tim Baylor, the Founder and CEO of JADT Companies, has played a prominent role in Twin Cities real estate for many years. He is driven by “a desire to develop property and real estate where it is going to make a difference,” and his drive and desire are particularly reflected in his work in North Minneapolis. PCYC is honored to recognize his exemplary service and commitment to the people and economic vitality of our community.
Jean Schwartz has skillfully served in many volunteer capacities at PCYC for 52 years, including, most notably, as the Children’s Gift Sale coordinator. She appreciates this event because “it combines the joy of working with volunteers with the joy of seeing the beautiful smiles on the faces of children who shop for their loved ones.” PCYC, in turn, appreciates Jean for her countless and generous gifts of time and talent to the agency.
