Dear friends of PCYC and the Capri,

We stand together with you, full of gratitude.

Between April 15 and June 30, 2024, 359 donors contributed $756,901 to our “Stand Together with The Capri and PCYC” campaign. This is tremendous news!  And while we didn’t reach our $1.5 million goal, your contributions put us on good, solid financial ground going into our new fiscal year. We also received an incredible outpouring of concern and encouragement from friends far and wide during this time, and we needed this, too!  

All in all, we just want to say…

Thank you, everyone.

We also acknowledge, and want you to know, that we’ll continue to face some significant challenges this year due to our financial situation – and that we are wholeheartedly devoted to creating the best possible outcomes for our community!

But we can’t do it without you.

Please continue to stand with us as we move into the next phases of:

  • Fundraising (so necessary).
  • Friend raising (so joyful).
  • Raising our hands in celebration at the conclusion of our first ever Bright Futures Summer Freedom School on Thursday, August 1 (so exciting).
  • Raising the roof at the Capri during our Summer Camp Capri performances of “Into the Woods JR” on August 7 and 8 (so amazing).

Donate by mail: Make your check payable to the Capri, and mail it to Capri Donations, 2210 Oliver Ave N, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55411. Please let us know if you want the donation to be used for our Capri capital campaign.

Legacy giving: All it takes is a quick phone call to your attorney to include a gift to the Capri in your will. Please call us if you’re interested in learning more, and let us know if you’ve taken this very generous step.
