August STEM Saturday: Twin Cities

OIC of America invites K-8 students and their families to Twin Cities STEM Saturday: August at the Capri Theater! Participation is free.

Elementary and middle school students will have opportunities to connect to knowledge and skills in science, technology, engineering and math through interactive, hands-on activities, including:

  • Explore the cardiovascular and respiratory systems through hands-on models and experiments
  • ThInvestigate body functions like heart rate and breathing, and understand their responses to exercise.
  • Understand the role of fingerprints in forensic science and explore how body systems contribute to identity and health
