Opportunity Reboot: 10 Years of Impact and Innovation

Youthprise: Opportunity Reboot has made a measurable difference over the past 10 years. The initiative has served more than 7,700 youth, connected more than 5,000 youth to mentors and caring adults, and helped more than 2,000 youth access jobs, apprenticeships, internships, or fellowships, and supported more than 2,500 youth in earning credentials or certifications.

The program has also mobilized $6.4 million in investment to strengthen pathways for opportunity youth.

These numbers reflect more than scale. They reflect relationships, persistence, and the power of community-based partners working together to help young people move forward.

Youth voice is at the heart of Opportunity Reboot. The program works best when young people help shape what support looks like, what success means, and how programs respond to real barriers and opportunities.

Youth participants consistently point to the importance of mentoring, encouragement, career guidance, and the presence of at least one adult who believes in them.

As Opportunity Reboot enters its next decade, the goal is to keep building systems that listen to youth, invest in youth leadership, and expand access to meaningful opportunity.

The future of this work depends on continued collaboration, sustained funding, and a shared commitment.
