Session 3: Flow & Feel

Thursday, August 14 • 12:00pm–2:30pm

Theme: Restoring Rhythm Through Sound & Movement
This final session explores sound and breath as tools for emotional release and nervous system regulation. Through slow rhythmic movement, vocal expression, heart-centered breathing and vocal expression, we restore our inner flow.

What you’ll experience:

  • Rhythmic breath sequences + humming

  • Gentle flow inspired by ancestral movement patterns

  • Sound circle (drums, chimes, voice)

  • Reflection: Where is my energy stuck or flowing?

August 12, 13 & 14: Attend one or all sessions —no prior experience needed.
