Rooting through Breath & Postural Awareness
Tuesday August 12 • 12:00pm–2:30pm
This workshop invites you to reconnect with the body’s natural alignment through conscious breath and grounded movement. Inspired by earth-based traditions, we’ll use posture, presence, and rhythmic breath to cultivate physical and energetic balance.
